I dont know what your problem is but ok then.
They look fine should i take both bolts out and clean them or what? But they look fine to me.

Judging by the rest of the corrosion in the picture it wouldn't hurt to clean them but if you don't soak those bolts with some penetrating oil for a day or two you risk breaking them.

Disconnect the battery first too.

You can't tell the condition by looking at them.
