Ouch...It looks like they cut off the factory tweeter grille when they put in those Power Acoustiks. I don't think Dodge sells the replacement Infinity tweeter with a grille, the grille is a molded part of the door panel. To get the factory grille with a factory look you would probably have to buy a new complete door panel. You can probably buy a factory tweeter but the tweeter mounts to the back of the door panel and you would still be missing the tweeter grille. The better and cheaper solution may be to replace the existing Power Acoustik tweeters with a larger tweeter so you can enlarge the mounting hole and do a flush mount without the hole being too big for the tweeter like what you have now. Pretty much any tweeter will do fine, provided it is larger than the ones you have now. Crutchfield sells the Pioneer TS-T110 tweeters for $49.95 with free shipping. They are a hard dome tweeter but they should sound good and need a larger mounting hole so they would look good as well:

With the tweeter mount being messed up like that it would probably be a good idea to remove the door panels and be sure the tweeters are wired correctly. You will need to remove the door panels to install the new tweeters anyway.

Its been a long time sense I looked at stereo stuff but I remember you used to be able to get speaker covers even for tweeters.

You could just make your own out of MDF and some speaker material like making a custom speaker Box just a small ring with material glued to it should look ok.

the grill does just snap in, if anyone has a pair they would sell cheap I would buy em and just not run tweeters.
