Default 2004 Key/Remote combo on a 2002

I been looking at replacing my separate key and remote with one of the newer style keys with the remote on the head of the key.

I know the key its self is the same, but will the clicker for the keyless program to a 2002??

Or do I need to take the $30 gamble and post up so everyone else will know

Maybe check with a dealer. They "might" know.

I'll take "Ways to stump the dealer idiots" for 400, Alex.

I agree, they probably won't know. The thing is, without trying it you're probably not going to find out. At least they'd have the tools to try to program a new one piece key.
