Unhappy Blower motor burn out.

My blower motor in my 99 Dakota 5.2 died back in March I been told the dash has to come out does anyone know of a better way its cold now.

Welcome to the forum!

The only way to replace it is by removing the dash.

Are you sure it's the motor and not the resistor?

I'll move your post to the 2nd Generation forum.

I would agree, you can check the motor by running a jumper wire straight to the motor to see if it'll kick on. I'd almost bet its the resistors though. Its not uncommon for them to die.
