I wasnt happy with one of the valves/seat so i must get a valve job to ensure a good build
but here are the 2 videos as promised
Before i left home:
And when i got to my destination ( Keep in mind the major knocking is my throw-out)
From the video it may be hard to tell, but the sound never stays the same after a trip, i will get video of it when its running PERFECT, it does happen sometimes, but not always, one day it ran perfectly fine and since then its been a Biatch...

So i managed to get video of the truck running at its Most normal state...
One of the exhaust vales on the head i sent to the shop was REALLY worn down, says it will be Ready Monday, now i need a gasket and head bolts...
i will say for running on 3 cylinders on low RPM's, i got down on the 2.5 last night when some douche in a Brand new mercedes SUV blew by me and cut me off, Aaaannd it runs hella good in higher RPMs than lower, Besides the ticking/clatter i hear going on (Theres a few different sounds that can be heard when the windows are rolled up)
im uploading the video At the moment..

Listening to the last vid it sounds like you have a dry idler pulley or your power steering pump is going bad check the two idled pulleys.
You may want to pull the belt off and hand spin the power steering pump see how it feels if its binding at all its time to replace it.
That engine sounds off to me not sure why but it sounds weak my 2.5 will rev up pronto for me and tilt the engine in the mounts I need to be cautious as it revs up very fast like vvverrroom.
One extra word about the idler pulley it can be hard to be sure they are dry as if you hand spin them they sound ok I suggest if its original replace it its dry.

Well after i swapped the head, its running on all 4 cylinders, but i feel im getting much worse MPG than i should (But that may be due to the 4.0 TB), I just had a tire blow out on me, and then i got another with separating belts and i believe at the same time, my clutch pedal started vibrating when i push it in, Thinking it was the bad tire, i bought another tire today and my clutch pedal is still vibrating
i ALSO noticed when i went through a D&D drive through that my engine sounds like its misfiring at idle, but once i touch the pedal it goes away, and i scratch my head and wonder what could quite possibly be causing this, I dont have erratic RPM's (its not revving up on its own AT ALL) doesnt throw a code for this issue, i am lost because idk what would be causing the engine to run funny, I say funny because its not like a full on misfire like i had before which was Very noticeable, if your not looking for it, you wont hear it, but i listen quite often because some peoples cars sound like ****, make me think my engine is messing up (Because i did rebuild it myself) but i havent been let down yet, only tire troubles this past month
Based on what i saw on my Original head, im thinking i could just use some valve lapping compound which would wipe that build up right off of it
Im going to be doing all of the front end parts here in the next few weeks and i need to make my truck as dependable as possible, im going to be starting up selling appliances and am gonna use my truck but dont wanna be left stranded somewhere, so i need to tackle the issued ive mentioned above
