Ignition coil is $29.99

Dizzy cap is $9.00

Rotor is $9.00

Aaand idk if the ECM going bad is a possibility, but i need to solve this ASAP before that truck gets pulled out of their yard, they are VERY hard to find

EDIT: Just did a Fuel pressure test, it was 50psi, but was bouncing between 47/48 to 50psi in idle, then if i pushed the throttle, it would stabilize and stay steady at 50psi
anything over 40-45 is acceptable I'd say. Our mechanical injection runs at about 50 PSI, and if we have a nozzle so much as just barely clog, it'll go up 10-15 PSI. a 5 number pill change is work about 10 PSI and a 1 number nozzle change is about 3 PSI.

heres a new one....

Sitting at the store filling my tires up, and i back out of the parking space, into a cloud of Blue smoke, my truck did exactly like my dads ford festive does after sitting too long, idle for a while then hit the gas and blue smoke for just 2 seconds then it dissapears

No smoke while driving, and none after this blue cloud, engine is running PERFECTLY Fine this morning, so ima leave it idling for a bit then tap the gas see if i can make it happen again

A bad Valve Stem Seal I wonder your head was reconditioned correct?

But if #4 is getting a lot of oil inside it the sparkplug should show it correct you never noticed this before?

No oil what so ever on the plugs yet, probably so now after that ball of smoke, And i just put brand new valve seals on my head

im also noticing when the misfire occurs, that this tick/clatter im hearing gets rather loud, and when its firing correctly, i Clearly hear lifter noise

DAKAZ, i have a ground running to the block on the P/S, i didnt see this ground positioned there on the 2.5 in the junk yard, its very close to the firewall only on the P/S, doubt this has anything to do with it, but im adjusting Every little thing possible just to not have to Re-think if somethings wrong or not at this point

It may take a week before I can help you much this flu or bad cold is knocking me down to the ground been so bad I was hallucinating on and off the last few days. This thing is sucking the life out of me some days I'm so sick I cant move from bed to drink or eat. Yesterday I was thinking it was emergency room time because I was hallucinating constantly.

But I avoid Hospitals or vodo Doctors at all costs I don't trust them. ha ha

I cant wait for vodo Obama care to take over health care like a third world nation we will become.

Good luck

just tried another distributor cap, Same misfire problem...

wouldnt single coil unit which throws spark to the distributor also throw misfires to other cylinders seeing at it sparks the distributor and not specifically to a cylinder, or do i have that all backwards?

Tomorrow im trying...

another coil

Another TB/sensors

Another crank sensor

Annd do another Compression test on #4, my brother insists i do a leak down test before pulling the head, im not in the position to spend $40 on the tool, and wait a few days to take it back, engines eating up some gas when its firing on 3 cylinders

Ill also post the videos up i took this morning
