alright guys so today i got under the truck and measured from the crossmember to the top of my torsion bar keys and the driver side (low side) measured 3/4" and passenger side measured 1" so i turned the driver side to match the passenger side at 1" which looks like it helped a bit. then i just went outside and measured from ground to leaf spring hanger (rear) in two different spots. first measurement (lower measurements being driver side) first measurement: 21 1/2" and 22 1/2". second measurement 21 1/2 and 22. truck still has a noticeable lean.

If you're showing 1/2 to 1" off at the rear leaf springs, check the front. Can't use the bumper mounts as they are slotted. Should be able to measure from underneath or through the fenderwell. Note that having the tires turned will twist the chassis from the Caster in the suspension geometry, they need to be straight.

The leaf springs should be around 200 pounds per inch, maybe a touch less.
