Default 99 dakota fog light help

I have a 99 Dakota that has a cracked and full of ice fog light. I was wondering If I could just replace the lens and how. Or if not I have the whole assembly but there is some metal in the way when I try to remove the 3rd bolt from headlight. Any input is helpful!

If it's like my '00 then you have to replace the entire assembly. It's one piece, no separate lens. There is only two bolts to mount them. Can you post a picture?

Both pics my finger is on the obstacle. It seems to be part of the bumper frame. Even with my smallest 10 mm socket the ratchet doesn't fit. Oh the bolt is in the middle of pic too.

I can't open the pics.

How about an open end or a ratcheting combination wrench?

Usually I post them as an attachment. "Go Advanced", select the attachment icon (paperclip) and upload the images.
