Ya our out of commission one is our ladder, hydraulics are bad and needs all its gear tested (been sitting a year or two now). No boat though, all the water rescues are done by our state troopers.

Since we both have quad cabs, how difficult was it for you to wire up your truck? With the light bar on top and scene light?

wasnt hard at all... I used to work for a truck accesory / car alarm / stereo /custom shop... So ripping out the seats, kicker panels, and headliner was no big deal. light bar pulls ALOT of amps so it has its own power wire, but all the LEDs share a common source. The spot light just runs off a cig lighter with a wireless remote. Hard part was finding a large enough relay to run the bar. 40 amps got a little warm... lol 60 amps seems to do ok.

I stink with accessories, I'm hoping to get an led bar no rotaters. Less power draw (fingers crossed). I like the scene light idea but I feel like I'd need a bigger alternator. Or do you manage both running without much trouble?
