Cool

One of the hardest things to diagnose a noise

Hard to even guess without hearing it. That it got worse in 4wd could indicate a bad front propeller shaft - failed CV joint.

You can take the propeller shaft out and drive it to see if the noise stops.

You have checked all the fluids, brakes, bearings, etc?

Drive it till something grenades.
I've got a on off vibration in my truck.
It's only occasionally and at hwy speed.
Can't find it so screw it. Run it till something breaks. Then I'll know what it is.

How about chains rattling in your transfer case?

Default cv joint?

been reading/checking stuff if the noise is cv joints but noise doesnt change when your turning. so does that kinda rule out cv joints? inner and outer? also tie rods? neither seemed loose also

Usually the noise would change with a bad CV joint yes. Tie rods don't usually make a rattling noise.

Don't rule out the front propeller shaft CV joint though. It can do weird things and make strange noises.

does you front drive shaft have a H yoke on the end that attaches to the transfer case? also is it more of a metallic sound like metal grinding on metal? my 2000 made somewhat of a noise like that and turned out to be that the H yoke with the ball in the middle of it had rusted up inside and needed to be replaced.
