Default Need help to get my truck back

Hey guys, I am in some serious need of help. My truck has been in the shop for almost 3 weeks now. It failed emission due to a P0138 code indicating a high voltage with my after cat sensors. I need some help to fix it. We've have automotive electrical specialist look at it and no one's got a clue. We've replaced computers, the sensors, wires. We're out of ideas, I am welcome to all ideas and craziness (aside from buying a new truck).

P0138 1/2 O2 sensor shorted to voltage.

What happens when they disconnect the O2 sensor? Is this an auto or manual transmission? The wiring is different m/t vs a/t.
