Welcome to the forum.

The solenoid can be "bad" or the circuit could be open.

What year/engine/trans?

I'm not familiar with the 3.7 but on the 4.7 it is usually mounted near the power brake booster on a little bracket.

Disconnect the harness. Ohm out the solenoid, it should read between 7.5 to 8.5 ohms.

Make sure the connector is clean and tight.

Looking at this some more the code is for the NVLD vent solenoid, the one I was looking at is the evap purge solenoid - sorry.

The leak detection pump solenoid is on the pump, under the battery tray it's the round looking thing. The solenoid should read 7.5 to 8 ohms. There are 4 pins on the connector, pins 2 and 3 are the solenoid.
