Default Intermediate steering shaft

The U-joint in my Intermediate steering shaft failed. I'm looking to get a replacement part. Do I just need the lower shaft? http://www.ebay.com/itm/DORMAN-425-257-Dodge-Steering-Column-Intermediate-Lower-Shaft-4WD-4x4-/141363047248?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Make%3ADodge%7CModel%3ADakota&hash=item20e9e4eb50&vxp=mtr
Or the shaft with the coupler?

I just replaced mine in my 2003 Dakota. It was tough job but I finally got it. I used a Dorman replacement from rockauto.com

I did my 03 back in the spring. Was a bear of a job. I got an upgraded OEM shaft on Ebay.
