oil leak/camshaft

Looking at 98's post, is that what you mean? Why does it leak when you remove it?

btw I was curious if the new camshaft sensor was just like the old 1 cover with fluid and even the new is covered with fluid

It's going to be covered in oil when you take it out. It reads a tone ring on the back of the camshaft sprocket. The timing chains are lubed with oil. There is going to be oil on it.
