for sure dont forget to put anti-seize compound on ALL threads on bottom of TWK. exhaust sys, brake sys, and so on. after 80,000 miles you will be glad.

And another update:

I'm happy to report that the brake lines have been replaced and are not leaking.

Magnet,

I ended up salvaging the fitting from the distribution block but I had to retap the fitting housing where the hard line meets the flex hose. I ended up using a 3/8-24 thread as you can see below. I picked up a 3/8 fitting with 3/16 tube from the store.

And when I went to replace the stud it went half in and the decided to pop out so it spun with the lug. Had to cut it off and get a new one which went in within seconds.

Also, when removing the drum I noticed that the cable that controls the adjuster wheel snapped and everything is pretty much seized to hell.

When I test drove it the rear brake would grind and grab and make terrible noises.... I think a complete overhaul is needed.

When will the problems end?
