Well I got rear-ended just a few hours ago at night 2am I'm guessing by a Kid/teenager as he hit and ran couldn't get a license plate and didn't want to chase them.

Good news is its just my bumper no body damage so I need a bumper my bumper just folded in on me and missed any body damage.

I was sure it had hit my tailgate till I parked at a gas station and looked at it was I happy.

It was in a parking lot so we were not going more than 10mph so not a big accident like on the street going at higher speeds.

All I can say is what an IDIOT his little mid size car I'm sure got way more damage.

So I laugh at them serves them right for a hit and run man up and admit you are a very stupid driver to rear-end someone in a parking lot.

 

I'm glad it's just the bumper '98. Hopefully they find the little bugger!

i have one that looks a lot like that. but i did it my self.. that post just jumped right out there. LOL LOL

 

I think the car that hit me was very low to the ground and he slid under my Dakotas bumper saving me damage but probably tore him up good I bet.

As I got out of my Dakota he was backing up then drove away down a side exit ASAP.

 

yep, i bet he has a very scratched and/or dented/folded hood.

That's not even worth calling insurance on. Find junkyard, get bumper. Might even upgrade bumper level to a body color or chrome one.

Looked online didn't find anything worth buying at a good price plus shipping would be $20 or more.

I'm going to a junkyard that's either you pull or they can just give you the part they show 10 bumpers available. I don't want to go their as its the bad side of Phoenix from what I was told and not close to me but I don't want to spend over $120 and that means junkyard.

no I owned a few back a few but don't have any of them now but bringing a friend may be a good idea.

 

This may sound weird but I have had a Total of 7 guns pointed at me over the years. One time I got stuck between a gun fight by gang members filling up my car at a gas station that was very weird. Second time some freak show didn’t want me plinking some junk that everyone was shooting. Then #3 was 5 cops pointed their big guns at me and a friend that we got stuck in a bad timing scenario that one sucked.


All these happened in bad neighborhoods so I try to avoid these places I even by accident sat directly behind a large gang at a movie theater and only noticed as a number of them kept looking back at me I knew something was wrong and moved. I have been told by gang members get out now as I was getting a coke at a liquor store the one guy tried to block me as I grabbed the coke. When I paid for it the clerk said you need to get out of here before they do something this is their hangout. I just casually walked to my car and drove off never show fear if you do that’s when you get in trouble act like it’s no big deal then they give you respect. I have dealt with CA. gangs and some of their member for a long time there are many gangs around Disneyland and the surrounding areas.


One I worked with showed me his gun and said if I ever needed any help let me know I will help you and waved the gun.
