01 dakota won't start

Update. All four of the sensors I checked are reading at least .4V. I have arranged for a guy with a scan tool to come out and hook it up to the truck on Wednesday hoping to get some answers from that. Thanks for all the input guys. I wasn't able to check the sensors while unplugging the others do to time constraints.

The scan tool may not connect.

I forgot to add that I am getting a NO BUS code on my dash.

Update. Put a good ECM in it started up ran like a top for about 30 minutes then acted like it wasn't getting fuel. Now I've got a MAP sensor circuit to high code and OBD II fault code.

Was it a rebuilt PCM? Sometimes they do have "problems" out of the box.
