Turn signals and wipers won't work help!
Nice RT looks like you lowered the rear
How much did you lower it and what kit I'm going to lower my rear but was only going with a 1" kit so my Dak looks more like a street truck but yours looks great so did you lower it more than 1"?

Turn signals and wipers do not run through the clock spring. This sounds more like a bad central timer module. You can try unplugging the ctm and let it sit a few minutes to reset it but chances are the ctm needs to be replaced. The only way to know for sure if the ctm is bad is to have it disgnosed at the Dodge dealer with the DRB3 scan tool.

The wipers do not use the CTM for high/low speed and the turn signals don't either.
Both the wipers and the turn signals share a ground, G113. It's located between the battery and the fender, near the front of the battery.
