Default Rust in rear quarter around wheels

what's the best method for fixing this problm. Should cutting out and replacing it with a new piece of metal work? This is a 2000 v8 Dakota sport addition....is this a normal problem

Replacing the metal is teh best fix, but is this surface rust or is it all the way through?

Surface rust can be fixed easily with a rust neutralizer which stops the rust and leaves a surface that you can paint.

If therese holes, well just cut and replace.

Hard to say how much. Most body shops do give free estimates.
