Talking New project or 2 or 3?

Im working on a few projects for my 2.5 Dakota lots of modifications going on.

Lots of new fun to have

Main change is new fuel injectors single nozzle to 4 nozzle and modifications needed for it. Changing out my upper O2 sensor to an NTK removing the Bosch also replacing all exhaust bolts/studs and fasteners needed.

Adding some lighting and other small things

Not sure Im going to gain anything by the 4 hole injectors but Im trying it out Im using a second used intake manifold I purchased to do this with. An oil catch can will be inserted at a later date to stop the oil from getting sucked into the manifold.

Finished filling in the unused vacuum and sensor ports had a small air bubble in the JB weld but its no problem.

The used intake manifold was a bit beat up with corrosion as it came from the rust belt but at $33 used it works just fine she shined up ok.

Oh by the way to stop the JB weld from sagging down into the manifold I stuffed it with plastic shopping bags worked great and the bags didn't stick to the JB weld pulled out easy.

Also those bags in the first Pic with numbers on them are spring hose clamps I grabbed a number of different sizes as I wasn't sure what sizes I may need for the vacuum hoses.

This is the one I used as they ship out of California so they get here fast in Arizona plus they have lots of sizes and good prices http://www.ebay.com/itm/10X-Hose-Spr.../281377983167?

For those that may not know why I filled in the air temp sensor hole its because I installed it in the air hat.

Some Pic's for ya been that way about 2 years now everything runs great. I just wanted it out of the intake for the cylinder it was in so I get better air flow to it the sensor blocks it a small amount.

Every small amount helps the 2.5

Cool

RAT'S cant get the hose I want the red, black and blue are out of stock.

Getting my throttle body bored out as part of the changes Im making but cant get it back for about two weeks.

Replacing all this this weekend except the TB thats easy to swap out later anyway.

Getting a used air box to replace my unit as its cracked and missing two top cover tabs my old unit does the job but wanted to replace it anyway a shop broke the tabs off in 2007 like so many repair shops they brake as much as they fix.
