00DakDan gave you the best answer its normal but can be a bad head gasket especially with the 4.7.

Sludge/muck in the filler spout is common except out west the weather is not conducive to form it unless you live where it snows gets very cold.

How does the oil look when you drain it, or on the dipstick?

You can rent a head gasket tester from the auto parts store. Will only cost you the fluid if you bring it back. The fluid is around six bucks.

How it works...

If it's only in the PCV system and the fillers then it is likely NORMAL.

If it's due to the lack of engine run time, I'd just make sure the engine runs longer and gets hotter to boil the condensate out.

Or, you could move to someplace where the relative humidity never goes high enough ... say, the middle of Death Valley *grins*
