Just love these run on sentences.

Wobbling while braking is indicative of warped rotors. Did it bounce around and lean before you replaced the shocks? I assume you replaced all 4? What brand?

Unfortunately no I could only afford the fronts for now. It started bumping and leaning a week ago I replaced the front shocks yesterday. Still leaning alot no consistently visible improvement. Still bumping around and like teetering on the highway.

The wobble doesn't really happen below 50 at all when breaking

It's pronounced when breaking above that though.

Well the wobbling could be a number of different things. Could be uneven tread wear on tires. Check that by rotating tires front to back. Could be a damaged rim check that also by rotating tires. Could be warped brake rotors which wobbling would only occur when breaking. Out of round tires could even cause rotors to warp. The unevenness of the truck sounds like something with the springs of the truck shock absorbers have nothing to do with ride height. Worn out shocks would allow truck go up and down excessively after going over a bump

So it has torsion bars? Have you inspected them to see if one is bent?

Ye it's got torsion bars. No I hadn't really check the I looked at them but not that close. This is only my second Dodge I'm learning my last one was a hero, lose a leg and just keep going fall down a cliff and get up and go that was a hell of a short cut. Died a heros death too.
