I have an 03 dakota with the 3.9 and there is an engine code saying that i have a misfire on cylinder 5. It shakes when idling, and becomes less noticeable when driving. It still does good on fuel and i have replaced the distributer cap, spark plugs and wires, and the compression on each cylinder is good. Any ideas on what it could be next?

Could be a vacuum leak, running lean. How's your plenum plate? Do you see oil/crud looking down the throttle body? Using any oil?
