Default TPS, 11% to 78%?

My son was helping me review codes when he noticed the TPS was reading 11% (key on and engine off). He then pressed the accelerator to the floor and read 78% max. He repeated and got the same results.

I am not freaking out, just curious if an adjustment needs to be made or if anything should be done.

Thanks in advance,
Robb

Nope.

Typical for a Dodge at idle would be about .60 volts or just about 11% of the 5 volt nominal supply. At WOT, 3.5 to 4.5 would be typical, so your 77% is about right in the middle of the range.

No problems.
