Default 2003 dakota 4.7 engine codes

I just got done replacing all gaskets and timing chains on a 4.7L for my 2003 dakota. After driving for about 50 miles, my check engine light has come on. I have about 8 codes, P0420,P0171,{P0351,0352,0354,0357,coil malfunction}P0113 and P0420 again.. This engine is not the original from the truck. Do i just need to continue driving the truck so the codes will clear and i can get it inspected and registered or is there a sensor that may be going bad?

Where to start...

P0171 - 1/1 Fuel system lean
P0113 - Intake Air Temp voltage low
P0420 - 1/1 Catalytic converter efficiency
P0351 - P0357 - ignition coil primary circuit.

The codes aren't going to clear by driving it. You've got several issues.

What plugs are you running? What gap? Did you damage the coils removing/installing them?
Sometimes you can get this code with a vacuum leak - which may account for the fuel system lean message.
The catalyst efficiency message may be due to a slow/failing O2 sensor. If you recently changed it out, what brand did you put in?
