Is there an interior break in 99/00/01? Or can the console i want be sourced from anything 97-04 in the durango world?

From what I read before doing the swap, they changed the transmission tunnel shape in '01. the 97 to 00 consoles wont fit the floor.

The bolt locations are different too.

It's a shame, really. I like the old style consoles better than the newer ones.

I just want something to put my delay box and switch panel in, that looks stock on the outside. LOL.

What is that above your HVAC controls? I don't have that in mine.

I'd rather a black console, did they only come in white or did it depend on the interior color options? I have the charcoal interior and would prefer black.

That pic isn't mine, Just a random one I found on Google images.

I have the charcoal one in my truck, along with power leather seats from a Rango:

Ah. Junkyard must have loved the crap out of you.

My credit card had a heart attack this morning. I really shouldn't go junkyard diving, but I want to.

It wasn't too bad, The seats were $80 and the console cost $30. I love digging through the junk and Phoenix is junkyard heaven. Tons of u-pull places here.

Wow. I hope I can get one that cheap. With what I spent this morning, I have about a $100-150 budget for the console and a hood, and that will have me tapped out for the month of January (I get paid monthly). I try to keep 2K in my bank account at any given time "just in case".
