We did try with a hose and someone in the cab and had no luck seeing any water anywhere. We probably will have to just try it again and like you said pull panels off etc. hopefully we can figure it out soon.

I still say that given the photo you posted, I think it is in the driver's door jamb where there's usually a couple of plugs and a Bellows hose.

The mention of the slider back window was only a reason for the leak. The leak was from the gasket around the entire window, slider or not. Sorry if I wasn't clear. The heavy rubber gasket was cut during a replacement. It might be worth either pulling it or having it pulled to confirm, especially if you are not having luck narrowing it down.

I have sealed around the bellows hose before also with no luck but it does seem like it is coming from somewhere in that area given where it lays just in that spot. Not wet in the back seats or the floor above the puddle.

What about the 1" chassis plug right above it? There's also 2 plugs in the cowl as I recall.

I had a leak, between the windshield and frame, due to a poor replacement glass installation.

Took forever to find.

I had thought the same thing on mine; until i started searching in heavy down poor with flash light and I mean a nice bright one.. LED is the one i used it made that water glisten... i found it running down the back corner along the edge of the cab into the front floor board.. from both the rear half window as well as the back window; i fixed my back slider (and probably main seal leak for that matter by replacing with a solid back glass..

Then new seals on the half glass in the club cab then started replacing random seals for the rest...

Remember water does strange things.. its like a leaking roof water spot might be in one spot; but the actual leak in a far off spot as it travels down and drips.
