I tried searching but am coming up empty. Where does someone find the cab mounts for a 2004 quad cab? I am looking for the following part numbers or equivalent aftermarkets:

55255703AB x 2
55255704AB x 4
55255995 x 2

Any help finding these would be greatly appreciated. I purchased the energy suspension kit 9.4101G and it is too sloppy within the body frame mounts and I don't trust the fit. I called them and they don't make a direct fit kit for the trucks.
