P0303 misfire cylinder #3
P0455 evap leak monitor large leak detected

How's the plug on #3 and the wire?

It could be a rotted fuel filler, it's a common problem. Get someone to smoke test the system for the leak.

Large leak sounds like back of the truck. One of the two 5/8 lines at the charcoal can, the 3/8 line at the charcoal can, or the fuel filler neck/filler neck vent tube.
