No way just a curb impact bent the frame. It would trash a wheel and/or spindle first. Had to be previous damage.

IMHO, I'd ship it and go. Unless it's structurally unsound, having the caster off is only a minor issue as long as they can get the toe and camber in check. It might tug a little or a lot, but no reason to just toss it away. But that's just me.

Well if he lives in the rust belt I've seen some drastically rusted frames just on this forum so just a curb hit could do it he also said he bent a rim.

I ran over a curb in heavy rain didn't damage anything you just couldn't see it and it was in a large mall parking lot at night were a curb shouldn't be, like an area divider I guess.

If he bent a rim he hit hard

post the secondary alignment angles diagnostic angles. cai, included angle and camber are used to diagnose bent parts.
