Jack is under rear seat on passenger side. Flip up bottom of seat and look under. Your key probably does not have chip, if it's like mine. Any locksmith should be able to make one. Post a pic and I should be able to confirm.

Since you're buying an SLT, it should have a tow package, which means it has a tranny cooler up front. Should also have disc brakes all around and the 545RFE tranny is very reliable. There will also be a connection for trailer brake module, under the dash. The 4.7L does not take well to overheating, so be sure to pay attention to any coolant leaks, fan issues, etc. Be sure to change the diff fluid and the ATF.

I'm at 274K on mine and it's my daily driver. Almost feels like Japanese car reliability, but Dodge gas mileage.
