Click on the "insert image" button, then you can just drag and drop the pic in the window that pops up.

I found it in the FSM- page 8W-10-14, 8W-10-22, and 8W-52-2. Engine Fuse 1 30A in the PDC feeds pin 61 of Connector 200 (Black/white), which goes to the combination flasher as trace L9.

Fuse 1 is the constant-power fuse for the combination flasher (pin A1 Black/White). The Combination Switch is also powered by Fuse 19 when the ignition is hot (run/acc, Pin A6 Black).

The outputs of the combination switch are: Brake Lamp Output, two left turn signals, and two right turn signals. The Combination Switch receives input from the Multi-Function switch.

I do see a Fuse 'U' which supplies power to everything on the emissions side. So perhaps you have confused Fuse 1 with Fuse U?

Fuse U receives power from the ASD relay, which is fed by Fuse 11 (from battery).

Its because the pic in the manual is oriented different than it is in the truck.... I think....

Ok, it appears that fuse feeds the PCM, ASD relay, and fuel pump relay. So, yank both relays, replace the fuse, see if it blows. (and hope it don't....)

I found the diagram, 8W-10-2. F/L 11 ASD. Feeds Circuit A16 (14 Gray). Feeds ASD relay (8W-10-15), Fuse U (8W-10-27), and Splice 110. Splice 110 then feeds the PCM, fuel injectors, and fuel pump (8W-10-31).

That is actually FUSE 11 in the PDC. It feeds ASD relay circuit. The wiring diagrams were super sketchy and fragmented back then.

You can say that again. Thankfully I've studied chapter 8W extensively on the 01+ harness.
