UPDATE:The torsion bar is definitely bent. I ordered all the parts and now I wait. In the mean time I called around hinting for a shift tower and the only place I can find one is the stealership for only $265.00....... EFF THAT!!!! I'll have no choice if plan B fails.
PLAN B: 5,700psi cold weld epoxy. I covered each side of the break in and even coat, let harden the overlapped the break inside and outside of the break and let harden. Once it's finished curing I will install and update again. I figure it's worth a shot.

Kind of weird the shifter breaking like that to me it shows some powerful shock was applied to it. That shifter is going to be hard to find if the glue doesn't work out. I suspect you have more bent suspension parts than you think.
I live in AZ so a search on http://car-part.com shows a floor shifter for a 2003 at this place https://glendaleparts.com doesn't say for what manual trans for $75 they should ship if needed.

Thanks for looking Dakaz, but it looks like the epoxy is going to hold up. I agree that there are likely a number of things I can't see that ate bent/broken. So far my list includes
Torsion bar
inner/outer tie rod
CV axle
Ball joints
Strut
Those are what I know will need replacing. Fingers crossed I don't put it all back together just to find something
