2001 Dakota won’t start

Default 2001 Dakota won’t start

so yesterday my GF was driving my truck and the blinker was stuck on making the beeping sound so I told her to pull over **** the truck off and now it won’t start so I am thinking the fuel pump went bad but not quite sure why the blinker was stuck on what’s your thoughts about this

Need to find out what's missing, fuel, or spark. Do you hear the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key on? Are you getting spark while cranking?

The dreaded blinker fluid is low.
