Default In Desperate Need Of Help!

Good day everyone!

I have a 2001 Dakota Quad Cab 4x4 with the 4.7 Magnum. She has 303,168 miles on her and all she has is a tick from a lifter. My truck and I have been through hell and back. She is now having serious issues. I was getting ready to back out of the drive, she bogged down and started choking, loading up on fuel and to keep her running, I had to keep my foot on the gas. Under the advice of several 'Seasoned' mechanics,
one of them being my Dad, and having machines hooked up to her, I have replaced the plugs, 3 coils that were misfiring #1, #3, and #5, replaced the 3 o2 sensors, had the 3 catalytic converters taken care of, cleaned the fuel system and replaced every sensor on my truck, she is STILL running extremely rough, loads up on fuel and doesn't want to stay running UNLESS I keep my foot on the gas!
So... Instead of pulling out my hair and driving her straight into the river, I thought I would ask others for some help.

Do a compression test. Misfires that are all on one bank is mighty suspicious.......

Could be a valve timing problem too. How about pulling some codes for us? You don't need a reader.

With the truck not running, turn the key to RUN (not start), back to OFF, then to RUN, back to OFF, then leave it in RUN. Codes will display in the odometer window.

So the ONLY codes that were pulled when I had a computer put on it was everything I mentioned in the last post. As of right now, no codes are coming up. Also the 3 coils that were misfiring, are still good. My truck doesn't have an EGR valve, so what else could it be?

Mechanical failure. Do the compression test.

Everything has checked out. The compression test turned up nothing. Still no change in the idle. Still NO CODES but running like crap.
Is there maybe a fuse or another sensor that I am missing? The computer was replaced with a new one in January 2017.

Get a noid lite from your local parts store, see if you are getting injector pulse. Pull a coil or two, and see if they are actually firing a spark.
