Broke pin
I have a 01 dakota an saw in fuse panel under the hood at 40 amp for blower..it has only 1 pin /slot showing..
I'm sure it should have 2 as others do.

So what's the best fix ?
Should there be a open one to maybe rerun it thru or can I pull up wiring an redo the broken slot?
I don't want to have to redo it all over 1 slot

What is the problem you're having?
Can you post a picture from further back?
From looking at the picture it appears that on the bottom row of your picture, beginning with the very edge is:
F/L 2, 20 amp, engine.
F/L 3, 20 amp, CTM A
F/L 4, 40 amp, rear defogger
F/L 5, 20 amp - MISSING - brake lamp
F/L 6, 30 amp - NO TAB - electric trailer brake
F/L 7, 40 amp, Interior lights.
The top row appears to be, again starting with the edge:
F/L 11, 30 amp, ASD relay
F/L 12, 20 amp, CTM B
F/L 13, 40 amp, HVAC
F/L 14, 50 amp, Power Seats
F/L 15, 50 amp, Start
F/L 16, 50 amp, Spare
Attached is the PDC chart from the FSM.

That does appear to be the electric trailer brake slot - the one with the missing tab. It was an option and likely there is no terminal installed. The one that is there is likely the feed.
The cover was shared with the Durango. Is there actually a relay there? The FSM shows "Not Used."
Power for the blower motor comes in through F/L 13, the 40 amp HVAC fuse. Then goes through the ignition switch directly to the blower motor. If you have no power at the blower motor then check at the ignition switch - the blower motor is on it's own circuit. At the ignition switch it is pin #8 and is a 12 gauge dark green wire. Again, with the ignition switch ON it should be hot. One circuit on the ignition switch can burn out.
