headlights go on and off ... more rapidly as vehicle runs longer... horn will blast and wiper comes on when it shouldn't.. no instrument panel lights either.. pulled fuses on pdc... put back in later.. its ok for twenty minutes

I'd suspect the CTM. It control the lights, the horn, and the wipers. Check all the grounds first.
