Default High idle

So I took my 03 Dakota out joy riding with my little girl, dirt roads and puddles. Until one puddle ended up being a pond! Water just above the tires. Got pulled out, pulled the plugs and cranked it over to clear the Chambers, it runs now. But the idle is running way to high, throwing a code but can't read it because there's no power to the port(checked all fuses) any ideas?

Probably a vacuum leak somewhere.

Also it's throwing a code but I can't read it. There's no power to the old port and I checked all fuses
