Default '02 3.9 turns over but won't start following engine cleaning

Hope someone has had a similar problem and can point me in right direction so I can make it to mom's on Mothers Day. After finally getting cooling system repaired or replaced (radiator, hoses, shroud, elec fan) then two weeks of running great in the Bakersfield heat, I took some CLR and a couple degreasers to the engine bay last nite to abate the effects of 1.5 years of a leaky radiator. High-pressure soap and rinse gave me glimpses of parts I hadn't seen before. Drove about 30min and restarted several times, then parked for the night. In AM, I quickly replaced the bad 3157 right front bulbs before work. Felt good, look good. Until I go to fire up... Engine turns over normally but won't start.. Fuses, fusible links all look good, no visible frayed wiring, no 'check engine' light. Dash lights come on normally with ignition, battery at 12.7 currently but not for long. FWIW, I'm at a hotel, without multimeter, OBD reader, or battery charger, tho can get if needed. Anything thing else/other places I should check for water, wear, etc?

Thanks in advance....

OK thanks. Any idea which ones to start with? Is the lack of check engine signal a useful tell? I presume I'm going to need to invest in an OBD to get thru this?

Appreciate the assist.

Pull all 3 connectors off the PCM and see if there's any fluid. Blow out and reconnect. The good thing is that your odometer doesn't say 'no bus'.

Spinning over rules out neutral safety.

Look around the distributor. Check that the cam sensor didn't come unplugged or get a broken wire, same with the crank sensor. They both go into the same harness under the distributor.
