Default Brake pad movement?

After changing pads an rotors many weeks later i noticed that after i come to a complete stop when backing out in a turning mode ,there is a pop..

I wiggled wheels,no play at up an down motion ,or in left to right either.
New vertical sway bar parts too.

Do these pads with the push in clips on em SHIFT ,or maybe caliper moves?
It is pretty tight with everything new.

Are the pads / caliper possibly making this noise?
What else should i look at or try testing when driving?

Upper A-arm ties are moving. I know that sound VERY well. I tried torquing the bolts to factory spec (120 foot pounds) and the SOB's still move. I'm afraid to go tighter and snap the bolt.

There are supposed to be notches for the tie bar to fall into to lock it in place on the frame seat. Mine are worn flat.

The tie bars are where your caster and camber are set. It's what the UCA rides on.

The large pop you are hearing may be the bushings loose, but in my case, I know that the bar is moving on the frame pad. I figure at some point I will probably just weld the POS or something.

80 is probably plenty. I dont think alignment shops even take them that tight.

It said on specs. Sides bolts 130ft lb
middle 155. .

thats a lot more than 80.
but the rubber is pretty tight squeezed..
i bet i got it at 100 on sides an 110 tops..just guessing

is that ok ?
kind of confusing on torque. An it looks too tight kind of too..
