SORRY MODERATOR: there is no clear place to post Dakota related tech questions...

I have a 1997 Dakota, 3.9, and bought an aftermarket pigtail and headlight switch... My problem is that the wire colors on the new pigtail do not match the wire colors coming from the truck!

THE COLORS FROM THE NEW CONNECTOR ARE:
B1 - RED
B2 - PINK
B3 - BLUE
D - YELLOW
H - GREEN
P - GREEN/WHITE
R - BLACK/YELLOW
U - BLACK
I - TAN

Not sure exactly what you are looking for. This is the Headlight switch connector pin out from the FSM. If you look at the "sticky" pages in 2cd gen you'll find a link to the Factory Service Manual..
