Should be an electric fan that comes on at 210 degrees or with AC, as well as a clutch fan which should lock up to water pump speed somewhere around the same 210-220 window.

I would suspect either a clogged radiator or worn out water pump or both.

It may be time for a cooling system overhaul new rad, pump hoses and stat its worth it if you have the 3.7 that engine doesn't take overheating well it leads to engine failure.

A new clutch fan also
