Default Idle Speed Too Low 2001 Dakota

The idle speed on my 2001 Dakota 4.7 is set a bit too low, making it hard to turn the wheel at idle speeds. Makes it tough to back my trailer into the driveway. It seems to need 100-200 more RPMs.. i could not find an adjustment screw to accomplish this like the old days. How can this be done?

Not adjustable. What RPM does it idle at in gear?

To go with the above post, there is a power steering pressure switch which helps keep the rpm up when you place a large demand on it.
