Default Crazy Brakes Dodge Dakota 2002 4WD

All four brakes locking up/dragging. Having major brake issues. Replaced rear Drum brakes (shoes, wheel cylinders, and hardware). Did not replace drums but did have them turned/resurfaced at O'Reilly Auto. Purchased a ceramic brake pad kit with rotors for my vehicle from 1A Auto and then ended up changing front brake hoses, calipers, and eventually master cylinder. Each time bleeding them in the correct order and also bench bleeding master cylinder before installation. After driving my vehicle for a few minutes and then pulling over the rotors and drums are heating up and I even damaged one of the new aftermarket rotors from the heat) it now has a wobble to it) I've bleed the vehicle multiple times as well as tried bleeding the master cylinder, the ABS/HCU and then the wheels in the order of passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, and then driver front. When I bleed the wheels I get no air out of bleeder screws but there is no air gap between pad and rotor/ shoe and drum. It doesn't matter how many times I bleed the system, I always seem to get the same results. I'm thinking there is an issue with the Abs since all four drums/rotors (2-2) are heating up. I'm at a loss and at this point the only thing I haven't replaced is the brake booster. Please help!

Jack up the truck. Either end, doesn't matter. Pump the brakes a couple times, then, try and turn the wheels that are off the ground. (both rears would need to be up, only one of the fronts if you do a front wheel.) See if you can turn it.

I've done this already the wheels will turn but the driver side front and rear will get hung up and spin slowly compared to the passenger , but after driving(just a short distance) all four wheels will get hot.

If you crack open a bleeder, will they spin easier?

I haven't tried troubleshooting as of yet with the brakes but I will see if cracking the bleeder helps, if it does, what could be affecting them?

Usually, if it's just one wheel, I would say soft lines. But, as you have problems all the way around.... I wonder if the brake pedal isn't allowing the master cylinder to come back all the way, so, it's holding pressure on the brakes.....

I'm with HeyYou, almost sounds like the plunger is not releasing.
