Default Valve body actuator plate/shifter solenoid

Ok, long story short. Several months ago my 2002 slt quad cab RWD 45RFE went into limp mode after a hard shift from 2nd to 3rd. After some research I came to the conclusion the actuator plate on the valve body had failed. Dropped the valve body and sure enough the blots holding the plate had been sheared off directly over the 3rd and 4th accumulator pistons. I purchased a shift kit, installed a new beefier plate and reinstalled the valve body. Now when the transmission tries to shift from 3rd to 4th, the rpms rev up and nothing happens. The code I pulled is fault immediately after shift. I can turn off OD and the truck runs completely fine. I'm wondering if the shifter solenoid pack needs to be replaced. Could the tcm need to be relearned? Any ideas or wisdom on this would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Need to see what pressures are doing when the trans shifts.
