Default Lower control arm removal instructions for rwd

Need some instructions on bolt removal, have both nuts removed, bolts seem to turn freely, tapped on the rear bolt some. Didn't seem to help. What is my next move? I'm replacing bushings.....first time.....any advice helpful!

Bolts are probably rusted to the steel sleeves in the bushings... Chemicals, and a big hammer is probably the only answer.... (or, cutting the bolts, and replacing them as well....)
