Default Lifter replacement.

99 Dakota 5.2
Does the intake need to be removed for the lifter to be pulled or can you pull them from the head?
I want to know if i need to get the old bolts sprayed.

I had a jeep with a 5.2 and didnt need to pull the intake.

Depends on which cylinders. You don't have to, but it makes life easier.

Don't you have to remove it to take this bracket off? Or can you pull the lifters without removing it?

Yes. There is no way to pull the lifters out of the engine with the intake in place. They sure as heck aren't going to fit thru the pushrod holes in the heads.
