Default Power steering issue

so drive my truck today and there’s basically no power steering when it’s at a low idle you can hear the pump making noise as same when your driving but have like no power steering anyone else have this issue. ?

You did check the the fluid level?

Does it work when the truck warms up? If so, seals may not be working properly when the fluid is cold - it happens.

fluid level is full, does the same cold or warmed up !

Could be the pump or a worn rack. A pressure test can help pinpoint.
