I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota quad cab. Turn Signal/hazards do not turn on.
Swapped out bulbs, fuse and tried new switch assembly. All lights working, but still no sound or light
inside or out when I try to signal or hit hazard button. BTW, wipers work when I
use same lever to turn them on. HELP!

 

Did you try swapping out the flasher relay ?

 

Did you check both fuses? There is one, a 10 amp, #19, in the junction block by the drivers door. There is another, 30 amp, fuse 1, under the hood in the PDC.
