Take it to a shop, and pay them to do it. It's a pain, and unless you have a very good idea what you are doing, you'll break the replacement as well.

If its the slide window watch a few youtube videos on it .
I replaced mine once with one i took off from a junkyard .
Wasnt too difficult if your patient an careful..
If its entire back windows thats different.
